Request a consultation
Appointments are made by telephone with the clinic directly. Select a location below and its number and consulting times will appear.
Days and timings vary by location — please call to confirm before travelling.
In an emergency, do not call for an appointment. If you have symptoms such as chest pain, breathlessness, confusion, severe hypoglycaemia or loss of consciousness, go to your nearest hospital immediately or dial 112.
Telephone booking is for appointments only. No diagnosis or treatment advice is given over the telephone, and calling does not create a doctor–patient relationship. See the privacy policy and medical disclaimer.
What to bring
Before your appointment
Coming prepared makes the first consultation considerably more useful.
Recent investigations
Blood sugar and HbA1c, lipid profile, kidney and liver function, thyroid or hormone results — with dates.
Current medication
Every medicine and supplement you take, with doses. Photographs of the strips are fine.
Previous records
Discharge summaries, scan reports and earlier prescriptions, if you have them.
Your questions
Written down beforehand, so the things that matter most to you get discussed.
